Exiles team but with Sakho in for Carroll.

I've seen enough of Rice to think he should be a permanent fixture in the team... he will grow into a monster player for us.

Don't worry about the Line up. Bilic's press conference he says "we will do the basic things and then do some extra things on the pitch"...Sorted

I think we will be unlikely to get anything if Carroll starts. Sakho and Chico for me.

Re: Team v Spurs
chicharito and carroll, i don't ever see being effective as a pair. neither one plays well in the hole. I think sakho with either one is a much more effective pairing.

there's whispers that carroll has a knock anyway.

I'd start Sahko for this regardless of who else is fit. Think he's up for proving a point at the moment and when fully fit as he seems to be now has always been a handful

Re: Team v Spurs
I like the look of Exile's line up. It's brave and audacious. Which means it's unlikely to happen.

I'd also have Holland and Unspellable on the bench and bring them on when we're three up.

Re: Team v Spurs
Three things we can be certain of:

1. Collins, Lanzini and Obiang are all out injured.

2. If fit, the following will definitely start: Hart, Reid, Noble, Antonio, Hernandez and Carroll.

3. Bilic will stick with a back three.

So the big question for me is how he fits Arnie into the side or does he just bring him off the bench. This is the "headache" he was talking about after the Bolton game. One thing he could do, and it would be a bold move, is play Rice as the central CB with license to get forward a bit. Of all our CBs, Rice is the most comfortable on the ball and possibly the best passer too. The obvious question is whether he is ready for such a pivotal role in the team. Anyway, this would mean that Noble would be the only DM (I said it was a bold move!). Carvalho would have been great in this role but Nobes will have to run himself into the ground for 60 minutes then be replaced by Kouyate. So the line-up would look like this:

........................Hart
.......... Reid..................Ogbonna
........ ............. .Rice
Zaba..............Noble.............Cress/Mas
...........Antonio..........Arnie
...................Hernandez
......................Carroll

Didn't Bilic say sometime early last season that training at the LS has been sorted?

Why not train at the London Stadium?

We're not allowed too, it's not ours to train at, we've only leased it for 25 days per year got 19 matches minimum out of that too.

Thats never right surely?! we train loads of times there before games

Knowing Bilic it will be the old 5-5-0 formation.

Yes Sakho looks quite sharp I must say.

Just hope he can stay fit and put the other nonsense behind him now.

Could be Carroll or it could be Hernandez who took a nasty knock just after he came on, on Tuesday.

Either way don't think it matters as Sakho is looking okay and would be well suited to this.

"Why not train at the London Stadium all week with Hernandez staying close to Carroll in every session?"

Because every time a ball comes into Andy he heads it 20 yards up the pitch! He is not a link up player!

He's a professional footballer! Say to him in training to take the power off the headers, its not beyond him is it? (see what I did there)

Have to agree with Jasnik on this- Noble to start. Just for this once. Something to prove and will be well up for it.

Listening to the West Ham Way show (featuring Ex WHU Employee) I just worry that Carroll wont make Saturday. Just a few things he said about someone else being injured, it has to be him surely.
